As stated the AGM takes place on Sunday 23rd November, at 1.15pm at Botley Community Centre during the lunch break of our Uday Bhosale workshop. Dear Members

Please find below the papers for our 2025 AGM.

This takes place on Sunday 23rd November, at 1.15pm at Botley Community Centre during the lunch break of our Uday Bhosale workshop. We hope you will be able to join us.

The AGM gives you, our members, the opportunity to bring up any suggestions, questions, or comments directly with your committee.
Attached please find the Agenda for the meeting and the Minutes of the 2024 AGM.

The benefits you enjoy as members of DHIY would not be available without the work of your committee and we are looking for new people to stand for the committee to ensure that DHIY continues to be successful. Should you wish to join the committee we would very much welcome your participation. Joining information and a nomination form are enclosed below. Please speak to the Chair on the day of the AGM or contact Bridget Campbell if you are interested.

The Chairperson’s Report, Treasurer’s Report and Membership Secretary’s Report will be sent out nearer to the date of the meeting.
