This December things are a bit slow as we wind down for the holidays, but we’ve got plenty to look forward to in the new year, starting off with not one but two free National Iyengar Yoga Day events for new students!
National Iyengar Yoga Day is a yearly event organised by IYUK and its member groups to promote Iyengar Yoga, inviting new students to come along and try out classes with local teachers.
These events are primarily aimed at new students, but existing students are welcome to come along if you’re bringing friends and family along to give it a go!
This year we’re hosting one event in Southbourne, as well as another event in Upton. Please help us share these events with anyone you think might be interested!

This three hour workshop will explore the relationship between the body, mind and breath in a sequence of poses that leads the student from the outside in. 1 year Iyengar yoga experience required.
