This is the first regular events digest we’ll be putting out, letting you know what DHIY events we have coming up in the next few months, as well as community events happening over the next month.
The next big event we’re hosting is a weekend workshop with Mary Obendorfer and Eddy Marks, with the them “Lessons along the Path”. We last hosted them in 2023 for an intense and illuminating workshop, and we’re thrilled to have them back again!
Last time they were here they challenged us to think less about the poses and more about the principles behind them, to break down barriers that hold us back and accelerate our practice. They aim to do that again this time, and we’re excited to see what new wisdom they will impart on us this time!
